These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Limpida Pools (the “platform”). By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

What Limpida Pools is

Limpida Pools is an online marketplace that helps homeowners in Florida find and connect with independent pool-service businesses. We are a venue that facilitates these connections. We do not perform pool services ourselves, we do not employ the businesses, and we are not a party to any agreement made between a homeowner and a business.

Accounts

• You must provide accurate information and keep your account details up to date.
• You are responsible for activity that happens under your account and for keeping your password secure.
• You must be at least 18 years old to use the platform.

Homeowners and businesses

Homeowners are responsible for the requests they post and for choosing a business. Businesses are responsible for the accuracy of their profile and quotes, for holding any licenses and insurance required by law, and for the services they deliver. Any contract for pool services is directly between the homeowner and the business.

Beta period and fees

Limpida Pools is currently offered as a free public Beta. During the Beta, listing requests, receiving quotes, and booking through the platform are free of charge. We may introduce fees or a commission in the future; if we do, we will make the terms clear before any charge applies.

Acceptable use

• Do not post false, misleading, unlawful, or infringing content.
• Do not harass, abuse, or defraud other users.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the platform.

We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe pose a risk to other users.

Reviews and content

You are responsible for content you submit, including reviews and messages. Reviews should be honest and based on genuine experiences. You grant us permission to display content you submit as part of operating the platform.

Disclaimers

The platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the quality, safety, legality, or outcome of any service arranged through the platform, and we do not endorse any particular business. You use the platform and engage businesses at your own discretion and risk.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Limpida Pools is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for disputes, losses, or damages arising from services performed by a business you found through the platform.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the platform after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
